Regular Season Round 7: Al Adalah - Al Nassr 65-91

Very expected game when 8th ranked Al Adalh (2-5) was crushed at home by third ranked Al Nasr (6-1) 91-65 on Friday. Al Nasr looked well-organized offensively handing out 23 assists. American swingman Brandon Austin (198-1994, college: NW Florida St.) fired a double-double by scoring 23 points, 11 rebounds and 8 assists for the winners. His fellow American import forward Antonio Campbell (206-1994, college: Ohio) chipped in a double-double by scoring 20 points and 10 rebounds. Five Al Nasr players scored in double figures. Al Nasr's coach felt very confident that he used entire bench which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Russian forward Andrey Semenov (200-1990, college: JMU) produced 26 points, 8 rebounds and 6 assists and Tunisian swingman Islem Elajmi (196-1991) added 11 points and 8 assists respectively for lost side. Al Nasr have a solid series of three victories in a row. They moved-up to second place. Newly promoted Al Adalh keeps the eighth position with five games lost. They share it with Al Salam and Duba Club. Al Nasr will meet at home league's leader Al Ahly in the next round and it will be for sure the game of the week. Al Adalh will play against Ohod (#4) in Medina and hope to secure a win.
