Finals Game 1: Pelita Jaya - Satria Muda 87-95

Satria Muda outgunned Pelita Jaya to take the lead in the IBL Finals. Satria Muda outrebounded Pelita Jaya 53-34 including a 36-20 advantage in defensive rebounds. It was a great shooting night for Satria Muda especially from behind the arc, where they had solid 55.0 percentage. The former international Juan Kokodiputra (194-1995) fired a double-double by scoring 13 points and 11 rebounds for the winners. American guard Brachon Griffin (185-1992, college: ECSU) chipped in 17 points, 5 rebounds and 4 assists. Five Satria Muda players scored in double figures. American forward Dior Lowhorn (201-1987, college: USF) produced 17 points and 9 rebounds and international point guard Andakara Dhyaksa (173-1992) added 15 points, 6 assists and 4 steals respectively for lost side. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games.
