Lioneers secured Finals berth. They held off Kings to set up the clash versus Fubon Braves for the title. Lioneers made 16-of-20 free shots (80.0 percent) during the game. Great defensive blocking was one of the keys in this match when Lioneers made 7 blocks. The best player for the winners was Indian-Canadian center Sim Bhullar (226-1992, college: NM State) who had a double-double by scoring 29 points, 23 rebounds and 6 blocks (perfect from the field making all eleven shots !!!). Point guard Kuo-Hao Kao (179-1998) chipped in 19 points, 7 rebounds and 6 assists. The former international power forward Quincy Davis (203-1983, college: Tulane) produced a double-double by scoring 24 points and 16 rebounds and American forward Deandre Liggins (198-1988, college: Kentucky) added 17 points, 7 rebounds, 5 assists and 4 steals respectively for Lioneers. Four Kings players scored in double figures.
