Semi-Finals Game 2: TB Herobears - Kaohsiung A. 93-99

Kaosiung Aquas upset TB Herobears on the road to sweep the semifinal series. Aquas made 17-of-21 charity shots (81.0 percent) during the game. Strangely TB Herobears outrebounded Aquas 53-40 including a 20-9 advantage in offensive rebounds. Their players were unselfish on offense dishing 21 assists. TB Herobears were plagued by 25 personal fouls down the stretch. American-Filipino guard Jason Brickman (183-1991, college: LIU Brooklyn, agency: Interperformances) had a double-double by scoring 25 points and 14 assists to lead the charge for the winners and Lithuanian center Mindaugas Kupsas (216-1991, agency: BIG) chipped in 27 points (was perfect 7-for-7 from the free throw line) during the contest. Four Aquas players scored in double figures. American power forward Diamond Stone (210-1997, college: Maryland) responded with a double-double by scoring 31 points and 18 rebounds and his fellow American import swingman Tony Mitchell (198-1989, college: Alabama) scored 24 points, 6 rebounds, 4 assists and 5 steals. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games.
