Gorgan claimed Super League title. They overcame Zob Ahan to conquer the trophy. Gorgan made 29-of-35 free shots (82.9 percent) during the game. Great defensive blocking was one of the keys in this match when Gorgan made 7 blocks. 24 personal fouls committed by Zob Ahan helped opponents get some easy free throw opportunities. Worth to mention a great performance of American-Guinea-Bissau point guard Perry Petty (185-1988, college: UTRGV) who helped to win the game recording 41 points (!!!) and 6 rebounds (made all of his sixteen free throws !!!) and international Mohammad Jamshidi (199-1991, agency: BIG) who added 34 points (!!!) during the contest. Petty is a former Eurobasket Summer League player, which is considered top international summer league in the market. At the losing side the former international Arsalan Kazemi (200-1990, college: Oregon, agency: BIG) responded with a double-double by scoring 30 points and 14 rebounds and the former international point guard Sajjad Mashayekhi (180-1994) scored 19 points and 8 assists. Four Zob Ahan players scored in double figures. Zob Ahan's coach Farzad Kouhian rotated ten players in this game, but that didn't help.
