We cannot really consider it an upset in the game between close teams in Wonju where 7th ranked LG Sakers (24-30) were defeated by eighth ranked DB Promy (23-31) 100-89 on Tuesday. DB Promy outrebounded LG Sakers 37-26 including 27 on the defensive glass. The best player for the winners was American power forward Johnny OBryant III (207-1993, college: LSU) who had a double-double by scoring 20 points and 10 rebounds (on 9-of-11 shooting from the field). International forward SangJae Kang (202-1994) chipped in a double-double by scoring 16 points and 11 rebounds. Four DB Promy players scored in double figures. At the other side the best for losing team was the former international point guard Jae-Do Lee (180-1991) who recorded 20 points and 7 assists and Egyptian center Assem Marei (206-1992, college: MSU) added 17 points and 8 rebounds respectively. Both coaches allowed to play bench players saving starting five for next games. DB Promy maintains eighth place with 23-31 record. Loser LG Sakers keep the seventh position with 30 games lost.
