Rather predictable result in Ulsan where third ranked Mobis Phoebus (22-15) defeated 6th ranked LG Sakers (16-20) 91-74 on Sunday. Mobis Phoebus shot 60.3 percent from the field. Mobis Phoebus outrebounded LG Sakers 37-26 including a 33-18 advantage in defensive rebounds. The best player for the winners was American point guard Rashon Thomas (183, college: TAMUK) who had a double-double by scoring 21 points and 15 rebounds. Wooseok Lee chipped in 26 points, 5 rebounds and 5 assists. Forward Seung-Woo Lee (192-1) produced 16 points and 8 rebounds (perfect from the field making all six shots) and Jamaican power forward Samardo Samuels (206-89, college: Louisville) added 16 points respectively for the guests. Both coaches allowed to play bench players saving starting five for next games. Mobis Phoebus maintains third place with 22-15 record having three points less than leader SK Knights. Loser LG Sakers keep the sixth position with 20 games lost. They share it with DB Promy. Mobis Phoebus will meet at home KoGas (#8) in the next round which should be theoretically an easy game.
