Regular Season Round 21: SK Knights - KoGas 91-77

No shocking result in a game when second ranked SK Knights (18-8) beat 5th ranked KoGas (12-13) in Seoul 91-77. SK Knights players were unselfish on offense dishing 22 assists. American center Jameel Warney (203-94, college: Stony Brook) stepped up with a double-double by scoring 19 points, 18 rebounds and 4 assists for the winners and the former international forward Youngjun An (195-95) chipped in 24 points, 6 rebounds and 5 assists. The best for the losing side was American center Cliff Alexander (203-95, college: Kansas) with a double-double by scoring 17 points, 20 rebounds and 4 assists and international guard Nakhyeon Kim (180-95) scored 19 points. Four KoGas players scored in double figures. Both coaches allowed to play bench players saving starting five for next games. SK Knights maintains second place with 18-8 record behind leader KT Sonicboom. KoGas at the other side dropped to the sixth position with 13 games lost. SK Knights will play against KCC Egis (#9) in Jeonju in the next round and are hoping to win another game. KoGas will play on the road against LG Sakers in Changwon and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
