The game between third ranked Goyang Orions (11-8) and 9th ranked LG Sakers (6-13) in Daegu on Wednesday ended with biggest points difference. Goyang Orions outscored guests from Changwon 89-66. Goyang Orions dominated down low during the game scoring 56 of its points in the paint compared to LG Sakers' 34. Goyang Orions had a 35-18 advantage in offensive rebounds. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 24 assists. It was a quality performance for international center Seung-Hyun Lee (201-92) who led the winners and scored 20 points and 6 rebounds. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. Goyang Orions have a solid series of three victories in a row. They maintain third place with 11-8 record behind leader KT Sonicboom. Loser LG Sakers dropped to the bottom position with 13 games lost. Goyang Orions will meet at home KCC Egis (#8) in the next round which should be theoretically another easy game. LG Sakers will play against the league's leader KT Sonicboom and hope to secure a win.
