Rather predictable result when fourth ranked Anyang KGC (26-22) smashed at home 6th ranked ET Land (24-25) 97-77 on Sunday. Anyang KGC dominated down low during the game scoring 56 of its points in the paint compared to ET Land's 36. They outrebounded ET Land 41-28 including 26 on the defensive glass. Anyang KGC looked well-organized offensively handing out 22 assists. American forward Jared Sullinger (206-92, college: Ohio St.) stepped up with a double-double by scoring 28 points and 12 rebounds for the winners and the former international point guard Jae-Do Lee (180-91) chipped in 11 points, 6 rebounds and 11 assists. Five Anyang KGC players scored in double figures. International guard Nakhyeon Kim (180-95) responded with 21 points and 6 assists and American forward Johnathan Motley (208-95, college: Baylor) scored 7 points, 10 rebounds and 4 assists. Both coaches allowed to play bench players saving starting five for next games. Anyang KGC maintains fourth place with 26-22 record. ET Land lost third consecutive game. They keep the sixth position with 25 games lost. Anyang KGC will face KT Sonicboom (#5) in Busan in the next round.
