The most surprising game was a loss of top-ranked KCC Egis (29-14) in Jeonju on Saturday night. Hosts were rolled over by tenth ranked LG Sakers (14-29) 97-75. It ended at the same time the two-game winning streak of KCC Egis. LG Sakers shot the lights out from three sinking 21 long-distance shots on high 67.7 percentage. Worth to mention a great performance of Filipino Kwan-Hee Lee who helped to win the game recording 23 points and 6 rebounds. Guard SangHyeok Han (178-93) contributed with 18 points and 6 assists for the winners. Four LG Sakers players scored in double figures. The former international forward Kyochang Song (200-96) answered with 22 points and 7 rebounds and the former international forward Jung-Hyun Lee (191-87) added 16 points in the effort for KCC Egis. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. LG Sakers maintains tenth place with 14-29 record. KCC Egis at the other side still keep top position with 14 games lost. LG Sakers are looking forward to face higher ranked DB Promy (#9) in Wonju in the next round and it will be quite challenging to get another victory. KCC Egis will play on the road against KT Sonicboom (#5) in Busan and are hoping to win this game.
