Regular Season Round 28: SK Knights - DB Promy 57-63

Bottom-ranked DB Promy managed to get the second consecutive victory on Wednesday night. This time they won against eighth-ranked SK Knights in Seoul 63-57. The winners were led by American forward Yante Maten (203-96, college: Georgia) who scored that evening 17 points and 9 rebounds and international center Jongkyu Kim (207-91) supported him with 13 points and 8 rebounds. Even 14 points and 5 assists by guard Won-Choi Sung (186-95) did not help to save the game for SK Knights. American Nick Minnerath (207-88, college: Detroit) added 13 points and 7 rebounds for lost side. Both coaches tested many bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. DB Promy maintains tenth position with 10-22 record. SK Knights lost third consecutive game. Defending champion keep the eighth place with 19 games lost. DB Promy will meet at home higher ranked ET Land (#6) in the next round and it may be quite challenging game. SK Knights will play against the league's leader KCC Egis having rather not much hope for a victory.
