Regular Season Round 26: Goyang Orions - Anyang KGC 79-74

The most important game in the last round took place in Daegu between second ranked Anyang KGC (16-12) and fourth ranked Goyang Orions (16-12) on Saturday night. Anyang KGC was defeated by Goyang Orions in a tough game on the road 74-79. It ended at the same time the two-game winning streak of Anyang KGC. The former international forward Dae-Sung Lee (192-90, college: BYU-Hawaii) scored 18 points, 7 rebounds and 6 assists to lead the charge for the winners and American forward Dedric Lawson (206-97, college: Kansas) chipped in 13 points and 13 rebounds during the contest. Goyang Orions' coach Byong-Chul Kim used a ten-player rotation in such tough game. American forward Chris McCullough (208-95, college: Syracuse) responded with a double-double by scoring 23 points and 13 rebounds and international guard Seonghyen Jeon (190-91) scored 19 points. Goyang Orions moved-up to second place, which they share with defeated Anyang KGC. Goyang Orions is looking forward to face SK Knights (#8) in Seoul in the next round where they are favorite. Anyang KGC will play on the road against ET Land (#5) in Inchon and is hoping to win this game.
