The game between second rankedBuffaloes (11-6) and fourth ranked Dolphins Buffaloes were crushed by Dolphins in Hanoi 72-100 . It ended at the same time the four-game winning streak of Buffaloes. They outrebounded Buffaloes 50-36 including a 21-8 advantage in offensive rebounds. Dolphins looked well-organized offensively handing out 22 assists. American players dominated the game. Worth to mention a great performance of forward Mykal Jenkins (202-2000, college: St.Petersburg) who helped to win the game recording a double-double by scoring 23 points and 18 rebounds. Center Dominique Tham (195-1996, college: Mount Olive) contributed with a double-double by scoring 21 points, 15 rebounds and 4 assists for the winners. Forward Hassan Thomas (203-1996, college: Emporia St.) answered with a double-double by scoring 27 points, 18 rebounds and 5 assists and guard Jimmy Nguyen (178-1999, college: The Word of Life) added 14 points in the effort for Buffaloes. Five Dolphins and four Buffaloes players scored in double figures. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. Dolphins moved-up to third place, which they share with Catfish. Buffaloes at the other side keep the second position with six games lost.
