Regular Season Round 11: City Wings - Dragons 82-85

The most exciting game of round 11 in the VBA took place in Ho Chi Minh. This derby game ended with only three-point home defeat of 5th rankedWings (1-7) to sixth ranked Dragons (1-7) 85-82 in the game for the fifth place. Dragons looked well-organized offensively handing out 22 assists. It was a great evening for American guard Marquis Davison (196-2000, college: Columbus St., agency: Worldwide SM) who led his team to a victory with a double-double by scoring 26 points, 14 rebounds, 7 assists and 4 steals. His fellow American import center Max Lee Allen (206-2002, college: Marist) helped adding 16 points and 13 rebounds. Five Dragons players scored in double figures. Dragons' coach used a ten-player rotation in such tough game. American forward Chrishon Briggs (195-1995, college: CSUB) responded with a double-double by scoring 31 points and 18 rebounds and the former international guard Khoa Dang Tran Dang (183-1997) scored 15 points, 7 assists and 5 steals. Dragons left bottom position moving up to fifth place, which they share with City Wings.
