Finals Game 2: Fukui B. - Kagoshima 98-88

Fukui Blowinds clinched B3 League title. They overcame Kagoshima in the second game of the championship series to complete the sweep. The game was mostly controlled by Blowinds. Kagoshima managed to win fourth quarter31-21 . But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. Fukui B. looked well-organized offensively handing out 25 assists. 25 personal fouls committed by Kagoshima helped opponents get some easy free throw opportunities. American players dominated the game. Guard Tray Boyd III (193-1998, college: ETSU) orchestrated the victory by scoring 26 points and 5 rebounds. Forward Perry Ellis (203-1993, college: Kansas) contributed with 20 points (on 7-of-8 shooting from the field) for the winners. Four Blowinds players scored in double figures. Forward Logan Routt (211-1997, college: WVU, agency: Diamond Sports) replied with a double-double by scoring 22 points and 10 rebounds (perfect from the field making all eight shots !!!) and swingman Anthony Gaines Jr (195-1993, college: LCU) added 17 points and 7 rebounds in the effort for Kagoshima. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games.
