Worth to mention about the upset in a game betweenRans Pik (7-6) and Borneo (5-10), which took place in Gor Merpati. Higher ranked Rans Pik lost at home to eleventh ranked Borneo 88-95 . Borneo players were unselfish on offense dishing 22 assists. Worth to mention a great performance of American guard Michael Qualls (197-1994, college: Arkansas) who helped to win the game recording 45 points (!!!), 6 rebounds and 4 assists and the other American import forward Steve Taylor Jr (206-1993, college: Toledo) who added 23 points, 13 rebounds and 8 assists during the contest. Dutch-British guard Devon Van Oostrum (190-1993, agency: Octagon Europe) responded with 16 points, 8 rebounds and 8 assists and American LeBryan Nash (198, college: OK State) scored 16 points, 6 rebounds and 6 assists. Five Rans Pik players scored in double figures. Rans Pik's coach Wahyu Jati rotated ten players in this game, but that didn't help. Borneo moved-up to tenth place. Rans Pik at the other side keeps the sixth position with six games lost.
