Rather predictable result when first rankedTaiyuan Textile (19-2) defeated bottom-ranked Taipower (4-17) 71-60 on Saturday. American center Yemiyah Morris (198-1998, college: WVU) fired a double-double by scoring 11 points and 12 rebounds for the winners. The former international guard Hsiao-Tong Peng (168-1998) chipped in 13 points and 7 assists. Taiyuan Textile's coach used entire bench and allowed the starting five to rest. Wei-Qing Liao produced 20 points and 8 rebounds and the former international Yi-Wen Zhang (173-1996) added 14 points and 5 rebounds respectively for lost side. The victory was the third consecutive win for Taiyuan Textile . Taiyuan T. maintains first place with 19-2 record. Taipower lost their third game in a row. They stay at the bottom position with 17 games lost.
