An interesting game forKagoshima (36-12) which hosted in Renova 4th placed Gambarous (31-16). Second ranked Kagoshima had an easy win 90-75 . It ended at the same time the seven-game winning streak of Gambarous. Kagoshima made 23-of-27 free shots (85.2 percent) during the game. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 23 assists. 24 personal fouls committed by Tokushima Gam. helped opponents get some easy free throw opportunities. American players dominated the game. Worth to mention a great performance of swingman Anthony Gaines Jr (195-1993, college: LCU) who helped to win the game recording 22 points and 6 rebounds. Kyle Richardson (200-1991, college: Portland St.) contributed with 19 points and 6 rebounds for the winners. Four Kagoshima players scored in double figures. Power forward Jeremy Combs (201-1995, college: Texas Southern) answered with 20 points and 6 rebounds and power forward Tavrion Dawson (202-1996, college: CSUN, agency: One Motive Sports) added 12 points, 6 rebounds and 6 assists in the effort for Tokushima Gam.Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Kagoshima have an impressive series of nine victories in a row. They maintain second place with 36-12 record having two points less than leader Fukui B. Tokushima Gam. at the other side keeps the fourth position with 16 games lost. They share it with Saitama.
