Rather expected game when 4th rankedTaipower (4-14) lost to first ranked Taiyuan Textile (16-2) 65-76 on Friday. The former international guard Hsiao-Tong Peng (168-1998) notched 15 points, 5 rebounds and 4 assists to lead the effort and the former international center Wen-Yu Lin (180-1995) supported her with 14 points and 7 rebounds. Taiyuan Textile's coach let to play all 12 players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Even 10 points, 5 rebounds, 5 assists and 4 steals by Wei-Lin Wanga did not help to save the game for Taipower . Wei-Qing Liao added 10 points and 6 rebounds.
