Regular Season Round 12: Pacific Caesar - Borneo 70-82

Rather predictable result when eleventh ranked Borneo (2-8) won against bottom-ranked Pacific Caesar (1-10) in Surabaya 82-70 on Sunday. Borneo outrebounded Pacific Caesar 42-23 including a 31-19 advantage in defensive rebounds. Borneo looked well-organized offensively handing out 28 assists. Americans were the main players on the court also this time. The winners were led by forward Steve Taylor Jr (206-1993, college: Toledo) who had that evening a double-double by scoring 29 points and 14 rebounds and guard Michael Qualls (197-1994, college: Arkansas) supported him with 21 points, 10 rebounds and 7 assists. Even 20 points, 8 rebounds and 4 assists by forward Stephen Hurt (211-1993, college: Kansas St.) did not help to save the game for Pacific Caesar. Point guard Jaylyn Richardson (189-1998, college: WOU) added 24 points. Both coaches tested many bench players and allowed the starting five to rest. Borneo maintains eleventh position with 2-8 record. Pacific Caesar lost fifth consecutive game. They dropped to the bottom place with ten games lost.
