There was no surprise when 4th placedTaipower (3-12) was crushed by first ranked Taiyuan Textile (14-1) 83-48 on Friday. Taiyuan T. dominated down low during the game scoring 52 of its points in the paint compared to Taipower 's 30. International center Tieh Lin (182-1999) stepped up and scored 9 points and 10 rebounds for the winners and the former international forward Ching Zhuo (172-1997) chipped in 14 points and 4 assists. Coach 's team controlled all game and the coach could let to play all 12 players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Wei-Qing Liao responded with 16 points and 7 rebounds and Qin-Yu Huang scored 3 points, 8 rebounds and 5 assists. Taiyuan Textile have a solid series of four victories in a row. Taiyuan T. maintains first place with 14-1 record. Loser Taipower stay at the bottom position with 12 games lost.
