Regular Season Round 15: Steelers - Lioneers 98-99

The most exciting game of round 15 in the PLeague+ ended with only one-point defeat of 6th ranked Steelers (6-17) to fifth ranked Lioneers (10-10) 99-98 in the game for the fifth place. The best player for the winners was Nigerian-American guard Michael Efevberha (195-1984, college: CSUN) who scored 31 points and 7 rebounds. American center Michael Holyfield (211-1992, college: SHSU) chipped in a double-double by scoring 11 points and 11 rebounds. Lioneers' coach Greg Lin used entire bench in such tough game. At the other side the best for losing team was Jamaican-American power forward Femi Olujobi (206-1996, college: DePaul, agency: Slash Sports) who recorded a double-double by scoring 23 points and 12 rebounds and American guard Rayvonte Rice (193-1992, college: Illinois) added 27 points and 4 steals respectively. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures. Lioneers maintains fifth place with 10-10 record. Steelers at the other side stay at the bottom position with 17 games lost. Lioneers are looking forward to face league's leader Dreamers in Changhua in the next round and it will be quite challenging to get another victory. Steelers will play at home against Pilots (#3) and are hoping to prove to their supporters that this time they can win.
