Rather predictable result in Gifu where ninth rankedHachioji Trains (19-21) beat 11th ranked Swoops (17-24) 94-87 on Saturday. Tokyo outrebounded Gifu 40-27 including 30 on the defensive glass. Kodai Takahashi (180-1991) scored 23 points to lead the charge for the winners and Spanish center David Doblas (208-1981) chipped in 12 points, 9 rebounds and 4 assists during the contest. Four Hachioji Trains players scored in double figures. The best for the losing side was American-Dominican forward AJ Bramah (201-1999, college: Nevada) with a double-double by scoring 29 points and 10 rebounds and point guard Kaisei Takahashi (175-2003) scored 14 points, 7 assists and 4 steals. Both coaches allowed to play bench players saving starting five for next games. Tokyo maintains ninth position with 19-21 record. Loser Swoops keeps the eleventh place with 24 games lost.
