Very expected game in Ishikawa where 18th rankedKanazawa (5-25) was defeated by fifth ranked Broncos (25-14) 86-78 on Friday. Saitama outrebounded Kanazawa 44-30 including 31 on the defensive glass. Saitama looked well-organized offensively handing out 21 assists. The best player for the winners was naturalized American center Will Creekmore (205-1989, college: Missouri St.) who scored 21 points, 9 rebounds and 6 assists. American forward Jordan Faison (201-1994, college: CPP) chipped in a double-double by scoring 16 points, 15 rebounds and 4 assists. Four Broncos players scored in double figures. At the other side the best for losing team was Senegalese forward Dou Gueye (206-1997, college: Louisiana) who recorded 19 points, 9 rebounds and 5 assists and American forward Chris Olivier (202-1992, college: OK State, agency: Octagon Europe) added 18 points, 8 rebounds and 4 assists respectively. Kanazawa's coach Huraya Ito rotated twelve players in this game, but that didn't help. The victory was the third consecutive win for Broncos . Saitama moved-up to fourth place, which they share with Yokohama. Loser Kanazawa stay dead last with 25 lost games.
