The game in Anyang was also quite interesting. Second rankedSonicboom (27-13) played at the court of 8th ranked Anyang (13-27). Sonicboom defeated Anyang 90-77 on Sunday. Suwon KT outrebounded Anyang 39-26 including a 30-18 advantage in defensive rebounds. Suwon KT looked well-organized offensively handing out 23 assists. The winners were led by American power forward Paris Bass (207-1995, college: Detroit) who had that evening a double-double by scoring 41 points (!!!), 16 rebounds and 8 assists and guard Seong-Woo Jeong (178-1993) supported him with 11 points and 7 assists. Four Sonicboom players scored in double figures. Sonicboom's coach Se-Woong Park used a ten-player rotation saving starting five for next games. Even 33 points (!!!) and 5 rebounds by American Robert Carter (206-1994, college: Maryland) did not help to save the game for Anyang . The former international point guard Jihoon Park (184-1995) added 12 points for the hosts. Sonicboom have an impressive five-game winning streak. Suwon KT maintains second position with 27-13 record having seven points less than leader Wonju DB. Anyang lost sixth consecutive game. Defending champion keeps the eighth place with 27 games lost.
