Regular Season Round 26: Mobis Phoebus - KoGas 91-88

Eighth-rankedKoGas (11-21) were very close to win a game against fifth ranked Mobis Phoebus (16-17) in Ulsan. Mobis Phoebus managed to secure only three-point victory 91-88 . However their fans expected easier game. It ended at the same time the four-game winning streak of KoGas. Mobis Phoebus players were unselfish on offense dishing 24 assists. KoGas were plagued by 24 personal fouls down the stretch. American forward Gaige Prim (203-1999, college: Missouri St.) scored 22 points to lead the charge for the winners and international forward Woosuk Lee (196-1999) chipped in 11 points and 6 rebounds during the contest. Canadian Andrew Nicholson (206-1989, college: St.Bonaventure) responded with 42 points (!!!) and 9 rebounds and the former international guard Nakhyeon Kim (180-1995) scored 12 points. Both coaches used bench players in such tough game. Despite that victory Mobis Phoebus went down to sixth position due to points difference. KoGas at the other side keep the eighth place with 21 games lost. They share the position with Sono SG.
