No shocking result in a game in Changwon where second rankedSakers (19-8) defeated 8th ranked Skygunners (9-18) 79-72 on Sunday. Spanish-Colombian power forward Juan Tello-Palacios (206-1985) had a double-double by scoring 15 points, 11 rebounds and 4 assists to lead the charge for the winners and the former international forward Hongseok Yang (199-1997) chipped in 10 points and 8 rebounds during the contest. Four Sakers players scored in double figures. At the losing side Nigerian-American center Chinanu Onuaku (207-1996, college: Louisville) responded with a double-double by scoring 26 points, 19 rebounds and 7 assists and guard Jin-Yu Kim (188-1994) produced a double-double by scoring 11 points and 11 rebounds. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. LG Sakers maintains second position with 19-8 record having five points less than leader Wonju DB. Loser Skygunners keeps the eighth place with 18 games lost.
