Superleague top team -Zob Ahan (10-1) had no problems winning another game on Thursday. This time they beat seventh ranked Naft Abadan (5-5) in Esfahan 79-63 . Worth to mention a great performance of American point guard Dwight Buycks (191-1989, college: Marquette) who helped to win the game recording 17 points, 6 rebounds and 7 assists. International Rasoul Mozafari (188-1994) contributed with 17 points and 7 assists for the winners. Four Zob Ahan players scored in double figures. Zob Ahan's coach Mehran Hatami used a ten-player rotation which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. The former international guard Ehsan Dalirzahan (186-2000) replied with 27 points and 5 rebounds and Amir Taherkhani added 20 points and 7 rebounds in the effort for Naft Abadan. Zob Ahan have an impressive nine-game winning streak. They maintain first position with 10-1 record. Naft Abadan lost fifth consecutive game. They keep the seventh place with five games lost.
