Rather expected game when 5th rankedGunma CT (5-7) was defeated at home by third ranked Chiba Jets (7-5) 86-78 on Wednesday. Worth to mention a great performance of American forward John Mooney (206-1998, college: Notre Dame, agency: Pensack Sports) who helped to win the game recording a double-double by scoring 18 points and 24 rebounds and the other American import forward Justyn Mutts (201-1999, college: Virginia Tech, agency: Pensack Sports) who added 12 points and 9 rebounds during the contest. The best for the losing side was the former international guard Narito Namizato (172-1989) with 18 points and Finnish-American power forward Erik Murphy (208-1990, college: Florida) produced a double-double by scoring 11 points and 10 rebounds. Four Chiba Jets and five Gunma CT players scored in double figures. Both coaches allowed to play bench players saving starting five for next games. Chiba Jets maintains third position with 7-5 record having just three points less than leader Ryukyu GK. Loser Gunma CT keeps the fifth place with seven games lost.
