Regular Season Round 3: Fukushima - Aomori W. 92-95

Important game to mention about took place in Fukushima. Aomori W. (5-1) saved a 3-point victory on the road edging Fukushima (2-4) 95-92 on Saturday evening. Aomori W. players were unselfish on offense dishing 22 assists. It was a great evening for American forward Jordan Hamilton (201-1990, college: Texas) who led his team to a victory scoring 28 points, 9 rebounds and 7 assists. His fellow American import power forward EJ Montgomery (208-1999, college: Kentucky) helped adding 22 points and 6 rebounds. Aomori W.'s coach allowed to play the deep bench players in such tough game. The best for the losing side was American forward Terrance King (198, college: ESU, agency: Diamond Sports) with 21 points and 7 rebounds and Venezuelan center Gregory Echenique (208-1990, college: Creighton, agency: Pensack Sports) scored 19 points and 6 rebounds. Four Aomori W. and five Fukushima players scored in double figures. Aomori W. will play against Ehime OV (#6) in Matsuyama in the next round which should be theoretically an easy game. Fukushima will play on the road against Shizuoka and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
