Regular Season Round 1: Mobis Phoebus - KoGas 87-62

Mobis Phoebus smashed KoGas in Ulsan 87-62. Mobis Phoebus looked well-organized offensively handing out 21 assists. American forward Keve Aluma (206-1998, college: Virginia Tech, agency: Pensack Sports) stepped up and scored 13 points and 9 rebounds for the winners and forward Gookchan Kim (193-1996) chipped in 17 points. At the losing side Filipino guard Samjosef Belangel (177-1999) responded with 20 points (on 9-of-11 shooting from the field) and the former international forward Dae-Heon Lee (198-1992) scored 14 points and 5 rebounds. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. KoGas will play next round against strong KCC Egis trying to get back on the winning streak. Mobis Phoebus will have a break next round, and it should allow them to practice more before next game.
