Regular Season Round 2: Toyota A. - Himeji E. 91-57

Not a big story in a game when Himeji E. was outscored by Toyota A. in Nagoya 91-57. Toyota A. forced 20 Himeji E. turnovers. Senegalese center Sokhna Sylla (200-1997) had a double-double by scoring 13 points and 10 rebounds to lead the charge for the winners and the former international point guard Mai Yamamoto (163-1999) chipped in 12 points during the contest. Four Toyota A. players scored in double figures. Guard Wenwu Moehua (160-1999) responded with 7 points and 7 rebounds and guard Maho Endo (172-2000) scored 11 points and 5 rebounds. Since the result was very predictable, it gave the chance for the coaches to test many bench players and allowed the starting five to rest. Toyota A. will play against Niigata R. in Tokyo in the next round which should be another easy win for them. Himeji E. will play at home against Aranmare A. and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
