Rather predictable result in Sakti where fifth ranked Bima Perkasa (15-7) smashed 9th ranked WBS (8-12) 75-53 on Sunday. They outrebounded WBS 52-30 including a 21-9 advantage in offensive rebounds. The best player for the winners was Ikram Fadhil (187-1998) who had a double-double by scoring 17 points, 11 rebounds and 4 assists. American center Fuquan Niles (211-1995, college: CWU, agency: Interperformances) chipped in a double-double by scoring 12 points and 12 rebounds. Guard Rio Disi (185-1992) produced 9 points and 5 assists and point guard Christian Gunawan (175-1994) added 8 points and 5 rebounds respectively for the guests. Since the result was very predictable, it gave the chance for the coaches to test many bench players and allowed the starting five to get some rest. Bima Perkasa moved-up to fourth place, which they share with Dewa United. WBS lost third consecutive game. They dropped to the tenth position with 12 games lost. Bima Perkasa will meet at home Hangtuah (#12) in the next round and are hoping to win another game.
