Date: April 23, 2023
Very expected game when 7th ranked Tokyo Z (15-45) was smashed on the road by first ranked Saga B. (45-15) 86-55 on Sunday. Four Saga B. players scored in double figures. Even 16 points and 6 assists by point guard Tsubasa Kurihara (180-1997) did not help to save the game for Tokyo Z. American power forward Ishmael Lane (203-1997, college: NSU) added 8 points and 11 rebounds for lost side. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. Saga B. have a solid three-game winning streak.
