Regular Season Round 32: Taichung Suns - Tainan GH 91-93

Fifth-ranked Suns (6-16) made lots of trouble for second ranked GhostHawks (15-8) in Taichung on Saturday. GhostHawks managed to secure only two-point victory 93-91. However their fans expected easier game. GhostHawks outrebounded Suns 62-46 including 17 on the offensive glass. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 30 assists. The best player for the winners was Indian-Canadian center Sim Bhullar (226-1992, college: NM State) who had a double-double by scoring 19 points and 18 rebounds. American center Robert Upshaw (213-1994, college: Washington) chipped in a double-double by scoring 14 points and 21 rebounds. Four GhostHawks players scored in double figures. American center Arnett Moultrie (208-1990, college: MSU) produced a double-double by scoring 27 points, 15 rebounds and 4 blocks and his fellow American import guard Rayvonte Rice (193-1992, college: Illinois) added 36 points (!!!) respectively for GhostHawks. Both coaches used bench players in such tough game. They have an impressive seven-game winning streak. GhostHawks maintains second position with 15-8 record having just two points less than leader N.Taipei CTBC. Suns lost seventh consecutive game. They keep the fifth place with 16 games lost. GhostHawks will have a break next round, and it should allow them to practice more before next game. Suns will play at home against the league's leader N.Taipei CTBC (#1) and are hoping to prove to their fans that they can break losing series.
