Regular Season Round 35: Mobis Phoebus - Seoul Knights 75-85

An interesting game for Seoul Knights (28-19) which played road game in Ulsan against 4th placed Mobis Phoebus (26-19). Third ranked Seoul Knights managed to get a 10-point victory 85-75. Seoul Knights dominated down low during the game scoring 62 of its points in the paint compared to Mobis Phoebus' 42. It was an exceptional evening for American center Jameel Warney (203-1994, college: Stony Brook) who led the winners with a double-double by scoring 25 points, 13 rebounds and 4 assists. The former international guard Sunh-Yung Kim (187-1988) accounted for 22 points and 12 assists for the winning side. American forward Gaige Prim (203-1999, college: Missouri St.) came up with 17 points, 5 rebounds and 7 assists and Filipino guard Rhon Jhay Abarrientos (181-1999) added 13 points and 5 assists respectively for Mobis Phoebus in the defeat. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures. Both coaches tested many bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Defending champion maintains third place with 28-19 record having five points less than leader Anyang. Loser Mobis Phoebus keep the fourth position with 19 games lost. Seoul Knights will meet at home league's leader Anyang in the next round and it will be for sure the game of the week. Mobis Phoebus will play against KoGas and hope to secure a win.
