Regular Season Round 35: Seoul Knights - Suwon KT 94-91

Seventh-ranked Suwon KT (19-26) was very close to win a game against third ranked Seoul Knights (28-19). Seoul Knights managed to secure only three-point victory 94-91. However their fans expected much easier game. It was a great evening for American center Jameel Warney (203-1994, college: Stony Brook) who led his team to a victory with a double-double by scoring 29 points, 10 rebounds and 8 assists. The former international guard Sunh-Yung Kim (187-1988) helped adding 33 points (!!!) and 4 assists. Hungarian-American power forward Jarrod Jones (207-1990, college: Ball St.) responded with 29 points, 6 rebounds and 6 assists and the former international center Yoongi Ha (203-1999) scored 22 points and 7 rebounds. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures. Both coaches used bench players in such tough game. Defending champion maintains third place with 28-19 record having five points less than leader Anyang. Suwon KT at the other side dropped to the sixth position with 26 games lost. They share it with KCC Egis. Seoul Knights will play against league's leader Anyang at home in the next round and it will be for sure the game of the week. Suwon KT will play against Goyang (#5) and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
