Very expected game when 12th ranked Blackwater Elite (1-10) lost to fifth ranked Hotshots (7-4) in Caloocan City 95-110 on Wednesday. Hotshots dominated down low during the game scoring 66 of its points in the paint compared to Blackwater Elite's 30 and made 17-of-22 free shots (77.3 percent) during the game. They outrebounded Blackwater Elite 63-37 including a 45-26 advantage in defensive rebounds. Hotshots looked well-organized offensively handing out 33 assists. 25 personal fouls committed by Blackwater Elite helped opponents get some easy free throw opportunities.
