Everything went according to plan in Sichuan where fourth ranked Aviators (18-11) beat 17th ranked Blue Whales (7-22) 94-85 on Tuesday. Aviators had a 38-26 advantage in offensive rebounds. Americans were the main players on the court. The best player for the winners was forward Jared Sullinger (206-1992, college: Ohio St.) who had a double-double by scoring 21 points, 15 rebounds and 5 assists. Guard Askia Booker (186-1993, college: Colorado) chipped in a double-double by scoring 10 points and 10 rebounds. Four Aviators players scored in double figures. Point guard Marlain Veal (175-1996, college: SE Louisiana) produced 9 points, 8 rebounds and 5 assists and guard Jordan Crawford (193-1988, college: Xavier) added 14 points respectively for the hosts. Blue Whales' coach rotated twelve players in this game, but that didn't help. Aviators maintains fourth position with 18-11 record, which they share with Shandong H.
