The most important game in the last round took place in Jeonju between third ranked Seoul Knights (26-19) and sixth ranked KCC Egis (19-25) on Thursday night. Seoul Knights were defeated by KCC Egis in a tough game on the road 68-73. It ended at the same time the four-game winning streak of Seoul Knights. The former international forward Guna Ra (203-1989, college: Missouri) fired a double-double by scoring 22 points and 15 rebounds for the winners. Guard Chang-Young Jung (192-1988) chipped in 18 points and 6 rebounds. KCC Egis' coach Kang Yangtaek used a ten-player rotation in such tough game. The former international guard Sunh-Yung Kim (187-1988) produced 20 points and 8 assists and American center Jameel Warney (203-1994, college: Stony Brook) added 14 points and 8 rebounds respectively for lost side. KCC Egis have a solid three-game winning streak. They maintain sixth position with 19-25 record, which they share with Suwon KT. Defending champion Seoul Knights dropped to the fourth place with 19 games lost. KCC Egis is looking forward to face league's second-placed LG Sakers in Changwon in the next round and it may be quite challenging game.
