The game in Wonju was also quite interesting. Fourth ranked Seoul Knights (26-18) played at the court of 7th ranked Wonju DB (16-22). Seoul Knights did not have too big problems and got a relatively easy victory 92-73 on Saturday. Seoul Knights made 27-of-30 free shots (90.0 percent) during the game, while Wonju DB only scored three points from the stripe. The best player for the winners was American center Jameel Warney (203-1994, college: Stony Brook) who scored 19 points, 9 rebounds and 4 assists. The former international guard Sunh-Yung Kim (187-1988) chipped in 9 points, 8 assists and 4 steals. At the other side the best for losing team was guard Hyun-Ho Kim (184-1988) who recorded 16 points and 6 rebounds and American forward Lennard Freeman (203-1995, college: NC State) added 10 points and 14 rebounds respectively. Four Wonju DB players scored in double figures. Both coaches tested many bench players and allowed the starting five to rest. The victory was the fourth consecutive win for Seoul Knights. Defending champion moved-up to third place. Wonju DB lost their fifth game in a row. They keep the seventh position with 22 games lost. Seoul Knights will have a break next round, and it should allow them to practice more before next game. Wonju DB will play against KoGas (#9) and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
