Regular Season Round 7: Orthodox - Al Riyadi 77-74

The most exciting game of round 7 in the Premier League took place in Amman. This derby game ended with only three-point defeat on the road of 3rd placed Al Riyadi (3-3) to leader Orthodox (6-0) 77-74 on Sunday evening. The former international forward Ahmad Obeid (197-1990) answered with a double-double by scoring 20 points, 14 rebounds and 4 assists and American swingman Brandon Spearman (191-1991, college: Hawaii) added 15 points, 8 rebounds and 7 assists in the effort for Al Riyadi. Orthodox have an impressive series of six victories in a row. They maintain first place with 6-0 record. Al Riyadi at the other side keeps the third position with three games lost.
