The game in Taichung was also worth to mention about. Third ranked GhostHawks (6-5) played at the court of 5th ranked Suns (4-5). GhostHawks defeated Suns 106-95. GhostHawks made 26-of-32 charity shots (81.3 percent) during the game, while Suns only scored seven points from the stripe. GhostHawks players were unselfish on offense dishing 25 assists. Maltese center Samuel Deguara (230-1991) notched a double-double by scoring 25 points, 10 rebounds and 4 assists (was perfect 7-for-7 from the free throw line) to lead the effort and forward Kuan-Ting Lu (197-1992) supported him with 27 points. Five GhostHawks players scored in double figures. GhostHawks' coach Chih-Wei Wu used entire bench which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Even a double-double of 33 points (!!!), 12 rebounds, 6 assists and 4 steals by Panamanian forward Tony Bishop (202-1989, college: Texas St., agency: 011 Sports) did not help to save the game for Suns. Iranian-British center Aaron Geramipoor (213-1992, college: Seton Hall) added 19 points and 10 rebounds for GhostHawks. GhostHawks maintains third position with 6-5 record having just two points less than leader N.Taipei CTBC. Suns lost third consecutive game. They keep the fifth place with five games lost. GhostHawks will play against TB Herobears (#4) on the road in the next round. Suns will play against the league's second-placed Aquas and hope to get back on the winning track.
