Regular Season Round 10: NSA - Homentmen 82-72

Rather expected game when 11th ranked Homentmen (1-7) was defeated on the road by eighth ranked NSA (3-5) 82-72 on Monday. Americans were the main players on the court. Point guard Isaiah Hammons (194-1997, college: MACU) fired 34 points (!!!), 9 rebounds, 7 assists and 4 steals for the winners. Forward Anthony Fairley (203-1999, college: Miles) chipped in 16 points and 9 rebounds. NSA's coach used a ten-player rotation saving starting five for next games. Center Jarred Shaw (208-1990, college: Utah St.) produced a double-double by scoring 23 points and 23 rebounds and point guard Jesse Jones (183, college: Bridgeport) added 20 points respectively for lost side. NSA moved-up to sixth place, which they share with Antranik and Liders. Homentmen lost third consecutive game. They dropped to the tenth position with seven games lost. They share it with Hoops and Byblos. NSA will meet bottom-ranked Hoops (#12) in the next round where they are favorite. Homentmen will play against Byblos and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
