Regular Season Round 5: Pilots - Dreamers 77-88

Bottom-ranked Pilots is still unable to win any game. This time they could not use their home court advantage losing their second consecutive match to third ranked Dreamers (2-1) 88-77. American swingman SirDominic Pointer (198-1992, college: St.John's) stepped up and scored 20 points and 7 rebounds for the winners and the former international point guard Chun-Chi Lin (175-1998) chipped in 15 points and 7 assists. Palestinian power forward Sani Sakakini (204-1988) responded with a double-double by scoring 18 points, 13 rebounds and 4 assists and center Chin-Yao Shih (188-1990) scored 18 points, 7 rebounds and 4 assists. Four Pilots players scored in double figures. Pilots' coach Iurgi Caminos rotated eleven players in this game, but that didn't help. Dreamers maintains third place with 2-1 record behind leader Fubon Braves. Pilots at the other side still closes the standings with two games lost. Dreamers will play against league's second-placed Kings in Taipei in the next round and it will be for sure the game of the week. Pilots will play at home against Steelers and hope to get finally their first victory.
