We could consider it a predictable result in the game between close teams when fourteenth ranked Gifu (2-12) defeated at home 13th ranked Toyoda (5-9) 106-88 on Sunday. Despite that victory Gifu went down to fifteenth position due to points difference. Loser Toyoda dropped to the tenth place with nine games lost. They share the position with Yamaguchi and Shanan Utd. Gifu will meet higher ranked Tachikawa (#14) on the road in the next round and it will be quite challenging to get another victory. Toyoda will play against the league's second-placed Kagoshima (#2) having rather not much hope for a victory.
