Regular Season Round 10: Kanazawa - Shanan Utd 62-80

Everything could happen in Ishikawa at the game between two tied teams. Both tenth ranked Shanan Utd and 9th ranked Kanazawa had identical 4-6 record. But Kanazawa was not able to use a home court advantage and lost to the opponent from Kanagawa 80-62 on Saturday night. Shanan Utd made 16-of-21 free shots (76.2 percent) during the game. Both coaches allowed to play bench players saving starting five for next games. Shanan Utd (5-6) moved-up to ninth place. Loser Kanazawa dropped to the tenth position with seven games lost. They share it with Yamaguchi. Shanan Utd will have a break next round, and it should allow them to practice more before next game. Kanazawa will play again against Shanan Utd (#9) and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
