No shocking result in a game when fifth ranked Seoul Thunders (5-5) defeated at home 7th ranked KCC Egis (3-6) 71-62. Worth to mention a great performance of American forward Marcus Derrickson (201-1996, college: Georgetown) who helped to win the game recording 14 points and 9 rebounds. The former international forward Jung-Hyun Lee (191-1987) contributed with 10 points and 5 assists for the winners. The former international forward Guna Ra (203-1989, college: Missouri) answered with a double-double by scoring 12 points and 19 rebounds and American forward Rondae Hollis-Jefferson (201-1995, college: Arizona) added 15 points and 6 rebounds in the effort for KCC Egis. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Seoul Thunders maintains fifth place with 5-5 record. KCC Egis at the other side keep the seventh position with six games lost. They share it with Suwon KT. Seoul Thunders will play against Suwon KT (#8) in Busan in the next round. KCC Egis will play at home against LG Sakers and hope to get back on the winning track.
