Wraiths overpowered Flame Boys by 63-32 in the Citycell Independence Day Basketball Tournament at Dhanmondi Basketball Gymnasium. The winners were leading the first half by 34-16. Maridul (21) and Tamjid (20) were the two leading scorers for Wraiths. Zubair scored 12 for the losing side. In other match, Baksibazar Basketball Club defeated Bangladesh Air Force in an exciting encounter by 47-40 points. Mahin and Rayim contributed 20 and 12 points respectively for the winning side. Meanwhile, Dhumketu defeated Rangers Club 61-48. Tarek and Romel scored 26 and 11 points respectively.
